Since 2003 the Land Registry has required compliant lease plans with every new deed or for any application lodged with the Land Registry. There are 29 individual criteria that each lease plan has to fulfill before the Land Registry will accept any lease plan.

Our service is unique. Not just designed to supply the basics but to give you a full solution to your lease plan requirements.Lease plans can be very complex things. Depending on what has changed to suit a leaseholder a good lease plan helps the solicitor draw up a more comprehensive lease.
Unlike most lease plans we include more information than is needed as standard. We find this helps lodge the plan as well as helps define and make amendments with the Land Registry if needed. With a lease plan from The Image Tailor you will find it easier to negotiate with future leaseholders and define leaseable areas. The solicitor can use our plans to highlight lease conditions and provide a watertight lease.
Our pricing is simple and condition free. We have a simple price structure which includes the site visit where needed, limited amendments where we handle any Land Registry enquiries relating to the plan for you and free hard copies sent directly to the person filing the plans. Our base price includes properties upto 2000 sq/ft as standard, much higher than most suppliers.

£250.00 for any property upto 2000 sq/ft
£0.10 per sq/ft over
Mileage may be charged depending on UK location.
All lease plans will be quoted on an order by order basis due to the many criteria or special requirements that may be needed.
