Here at The Image Tailor we make all our marketing plan and photography clients properties available to view on our own tailored property search web site.
It has been designed to be simple and easy to use for potential buyers and tenants. Unlike any other property site, we know that photography and floorplans are key elements in gaining a potential buyers or tenants interest.
We are in no way property agents and make no contact with buyers or sellers. The advert simply is an extra sales tool for our clients at no cost. Any interest generated from the site is directly sent to your preset contact at your office, we have no interaction. In addition to this when each property is viewed on our site the page only includes your companies logo and contact details. We even ask the potential buyer/ tenant to fill out their contact details in full so you can capture this marketing information and use it to sell your companies services and other properties they may find interesting.
If you use The Image Tailor for marketing plans and photography you will automatically have the property listed on our search site. This is ideal for agents with poor websites of their own. The individual property link can be used by the agent to show potential buyers/ tenants the property with large photographs and full size, easy to read floorplans.
