What do you receive?
Our floorplans are all drawn to exacting standards that meet with strict measuring practices set by PMA and RICS. We have full professional indemnity and public liability insurance as piece of mind for our clients.
The floorplans are laid out in the format you require. Unlike other floorplan suppliers there is no set template, we tailor the plan to your needs.
After contacting us we will talk you through the possible layouts, level of detail you require, orientation of the plan and even what file format best suits you. We can even drop your company logo behind the plan to make sure other estate agents don't use your plan.
The plans are then downloaded from our secure website by you at your convenience. The files are large enough to use on any marketing materials including magazine print and can be re-sized to fit your website specifications.
How much does it cost?
Our prices are kept low to allow your business to use floorplans on more properties. We firmly believe that floorplans increase viewing figures on properties and minimise the time a property is for sale.
Our prices of floorplans start at only £45. Our photographs from only £9 per shot when ordered with a plan (standard call out chargemay be added).
